If you need to change your platform billing or update the payment method, you can now update them via your platform Billing & Plans.
Here is how:
- Make sure you log in with your Admin Account and enter the Admin View.
- Navigate to Settings >> Advanced Config & Permission >> Billing & Upgrades, and you will see the list of ScaleGrowth Subscription Plans
- Click on your current Subscription Plan which should be marked with "Update Plan", and it will take you to Stripe payment portal to update your payment info
- On the payment screen, click "Add payment method" under the "Payment Method" section to add your new payment method.
- Once you add a new payment method, you can then make the new payment method as default by select "Make default". Make sure you Save the change.
