Since ScaleGrowth is built around an AI Recommendation Engine from day 1, we have an extremely robust behavioral tracking and analytics. And we make it all available to you are the Platform Owner on ScaleGrowth.
There are three levels of "zoom" you have for Analytics out-of-the-box:
At the lowest (most detailed) level, you can see all the individual user actions under:
- Enter Admin
- navigate to Manage > Activity Logs
- here you can see individual page visits by your end-users
- note that the different views are named
- so you can use the Search functionality to narrow down your criteria
- for example, you can Search for "Memberships" to see all Activity Logs around your Memberships Space visits
At the middle (most used) level, you can use the Search & Filters under our individual Admin Dashboards – for example
- Enter Admin
- navigate to Manage > Members
- here you use the Filters in top right to narrow down your criteria
- here are some example filters
- but the really cool & powerful thing about ScaleGrowth is the ability to create Custom Data Models – such as crafting a custom Member Profile for example
- great news is, you can customize most of these Admin Dashboards to include whichever subset of your Custom Fields you like – similar to how you can do it in CRM software
- to do this, click Edit Dashboard
- then either Edit Fields to configure which custom Profile Fields (in this example) are shown
- or Reorder Fields to reorder them
Finally, at the highest (birds-eye view summary) level, we have a customizable Dashboard menu which brings forward some of the key numbers, trend graphs, and so on summarizing the engagement and activity on your ScaleGrowth platform.
- Enter Admin
- look for Dashboard under the Admin menus in the left Sidebar Navigation
