The ScaleGrowth Glossary:
- Community – your community, private network, or mentorship program
- Platform – your custom ScaleGrowth WebApp, site, and related tech
- Owner – a special account who is the official point of contact for a Platform and controls your team’s admin access
- Admins – the admin accounts with full Platform customization & configuration privileges
- Moderators – the admin accounts with day-to-day Platform management & moderation privileges
- Members – your community or network members, who are the end-users to ScaleGrowth
- Two-Sided Marketplace – any Platform that has the “Two-Sided Marketplace Dynamic” enabled
- Providers – the other side of your Marketplace dynamic who provide value or services to Members
- Experiences (EX) – various feature and end-to-end member experience “modules” available to your community
- Self-Serve – ability for Platform Owner / Admins to setup functionality without asking our team
- Template – a pre-configured collection of settings & customizations used to quickly spin up new platforms.
- Onboarding – the "Join the community" or "Apply to join" onboarding Experience module
- Profile – the main profile Experience module for your Members
- Preferences – the EX module where Members can update their discovery / matching settings
- Connections – the EX module where Members can see and manage their active relationships
- Directory – our Smart and Interactive Directory with built-in customizable Search and Filter to find Members
- Team – EX module for a group of individual Member accounts to share a single Profile
- Recommendations – EX module with personalized suggestions for new intros & content
- Resources – EX module to create / host / share content
- Events – EX module to create / share Events and manage RSVPs
- Community Marketplace – EX module to host a marketplace for value exchange, such as Perks, Job Board, Opportunities, etc.
- Forums – EX module to host message boards
- Payments – EX module to sell products or subscriptions or donations
