Restricting Access to Fields on Micro-Pages:

To restrict access to specific fields on the member's Directory and Micro-Pages, you can follow these steps:

  1. Access your own Member or Company Profile View while in Admin mode. You can do this under User Journeys > Onboarding & Profile > Profile.
  2. Once you're on the Profile page, click on the Edit Fields option in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Identify the fields you wish to restrict access to and click on the Edit Pencil icon next to each field.
  4. Enable the Restrict Who can See option for the selected fields.
  5. Set the User Groups that should have visibility of the fields.

Additionally, you can also enable Restrict who can Edit to set the field to only be editable by users with given permissions on their own profiles (optional fields only).

By enabling the Restrict Access feature and configuring the appropriate User Groups, you have full control over which users can view specific fields on the member's Micro-Pages.
