What Is Shared Cloud Hosting?
By default, all customers begin their journey on our Shared Cloud Hosting platform. In this model, your data is securely stored within our Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment and is maintained in US-based data centers. This setup is ideal for new businesses or those looking to kick-start operations without substantial initial investment in IT infrastructure.
Shared Cloud Hosting is included with your ScaleGrowth subscription plan.

What Is Dedicated Cloud Hosting?
Opting for Dedicated Cloud Hosting means our team will clone the entire technical stack of your ScaleGrowth instance into a dedicated AWS account. This account is then used to host your platform exclusively, managed by our expert team – your "remote hands."

Dedicated Cloud Hosting Pricing
We pass through Amazon's hosting bill for the AWS account dedicated to you – plus the greater of $1,000 USD or 10% of said AWS bill on the monthly basis.
Additionally, we offer a-la-carte support for 3rd party certifications for our Dedicated Hosting Customers. If your operating model requires you to receive any 3rd party certification, our team is available to go through the required process. We pass on the bill from the 3rd party auditor plus $1,000 USD per each person-day dedicated to support this process from our Product, Engineering, or Security teams. (If the certification in question can be applied to our entire platform as opposed to just your Dedicated Cloud Hosting instance, the per-person-day support cost may be discounted or waived on the case-by-case basis.)
Other Providers & On-Premise Deployments
