We do ask participants to contribute a small fee so we can reserve a Private space for our event, as well as a hot hors d'oeuvre and drinks.

Panelists:

Laura Jarrell |CFP Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Vice President | Parent | Entrepreneur 

Laura is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for the 225 Group at Morgan Stanley.  She has advised numerous clients over many years through births and deaths, coupling and uncoupling, graduations, best ever vacations, retirement and re-entry. Laura is particularly interested in in delivering confidence and freedom to women who are often so busy taking care of others that they don’t pay attention to this important part of their life.

She joined Morgan Stanley in 2013 after spending twenty years as an entrepreneur. Working as a financial advisor feels like a culmination of all the skills and experience she has gathered over the years coming to together to be used to advise and service others.

Outside of work, she is an avid enjoyer of the outdoors (rock climbing, backpacking, kitesurfing) and live in Palo Alto, California with her two sons and their cat, Tom.


Vicki Abadesco | Life Coach

Vicki Abadesco! -- a visionary entrepreneur, speaker, and coach -- is renowned for her unwavering commitment to personal growth and transformation. Her dedication to empowering others to live purposeful lives has inspired countless individuals to overcome limitations, embrace their true selves, and make positive contributions to society. Ling Wu Feng | Co-Founder & Partner at Addup Capital

Ling is an accomplished finance and operations management professional with over 20 years of proven leadership, managing high caliber global and multinational teams at Fortune 500 high tech companies in Silicon Valley. After leaving the corporate world 6 years ago, Ling started Palo Alto Moms Investment Club in 2017 with a friend who later became her business partner starting Addup Capital, a women-run hedge fund the following year.  She is also passionate about financial literacy education for teens via online investment education programs and investment competitions for middle and high school students. She serves as a board member and Vice president for Neighbors Abroad, the official sister city organization of the city of Palo Alto.


Gina Linette Shin | Entrepreneur, Fund Manager, Mortgage Lender

Gina Linette Shin is a fund manager, mortgage lender, wife, and dog mom to two big doodles (Sheepadoodle and a Bernedoodle). She is the founder of Shin Equity Partners where she has $30M in assets under management and also owns a mortgage brokerage where she uses her 10+ years of experience to help people get into homes. She has a proven track record of relentlessly fighting for the best terms and solutions for her investors & clients, founded on the principle of always putting others first.

Her passion lies in her mission to help reduce the wealth gap around the world. Her goal is to marry her experiences together and help the disadvantaged population purchase their first home. She was most recently appointed a board position with the Dreams Come True Foundation dba KAREP, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working to increase homeownership within minority communities through education and empowerment.

She lives in Orange County and enjoys woodworking and going to her cabin for fun.


Anna Yuan (Moderator) | Co-founder @ScaleGrowth.ai

Anna is the co-founder of ScaleGrowth, a no-code platform enabling businesses to build AI-powered network and marketplace Apps, such as the Women's Investment Club Member Platform.

Alongside her life partner (also her co-founder), they are on a mission to democratize access to cutting-edge technologies that were once out of reach for most business owners.

Before embarking on this innovative journey with ScaleGrowth, Anna honed her skills in the realm of tech, where she spearheaded growth initiatives across a diverse spectrum, from marketplaces, SaaS, consumer products, to open-source world.
