It is super easy to integrate any 3rd party Chatbot or Support Tool you want with ScaleGrowth.
To do this, look for code injection or website embedding instructions from your 3rd party Chatboot or Support Tool provider.
Typically, they will give you a code snippet that you will need to inject in the page's head tag or into the page's body tag.
Than, on your ScaleGrowth platform:
- Enter Admin if not already
- navigate to Settings > Configuration
- look for Custom Code & Scripts section
- paste the code snippet from your Chatbot or Support Tool vendor into here
- the Page Header Code Injection will add it to the page's
headtag - the Page Footer Code Injection will add it to the end of the page's
bodytag - both of these will apply across your entire ScaleGrowth platform
- hit Save and all done!
