Enable Stripe's Customer Portal on ScaleGrowth for users to self-manage payments and subscriptions. This guide will walk you through setting up this feature, allowing users to manage their payment details and subscriptions according to their needs.

When you Set up Stripe Products and Payments on ScaleGrowth you have the option to enable our integration with Stripe's Billing Customer Portal.

The Customer Portal lets your end-users to be able to self-manage their payment details, update their payment info, as well as change or cancel their subscriptions. You can configure which of this functionality, specifically, you wish to enable within your Stripe account. Setting Up Stripe Integration for Customer Portal:


  1. Enable Stripe Custom Portal on your ScaleGrowth Platform
  • Begin by navigating to Admin View.
  • Go to Settings > Paywalls.
  • Open the Connect Your Stripe Account section.
  • Enable the Stripe customer portal by toggling on the switch.

Please note that Stripe needs a few essentials for the Customer Portal to work, and you can enter in the same Connect Your Stripe Account section.

  • Support Email for Payment issues
  • Terms of Service URL
  • Privacy Policy URL


2. Manage Stripe Products:

  • Navigate to your Memberships Space.
  • Click Manage Products in the top right.
  • Choose up to 10 Products to be included in the Stripe Customer Portal.

Now, you are allowing your end-user to self-manage their paid subscriptions.


For End-Users: Managing Subscriptions:

Your users can now easily update or cancel their subscriptions with a few simple steps:

Access Account Settings:

  • Click the Profile Avatar in the top-right corner, then select Account Settings.


Edit Membership:

  • Find the "Edit Membership" section and click on "Update or Cancel" to make changes to their subscriptions.

By enabling this feature, you're giving your users the freedom and flexibility to control their subscription preferences directly, enhancing their overall experience with your platform.
