ScaleGrowth platform comes with a powerful CRM, an Airtable-like view of all your users' data, profile type, user groups, and any relevant user information. You can sort, filter, apply data range, as well as export to a CSV file.
Export User Data
To export and download your user data:
- Enter Admin if you aren't already
- Go to Manage
- Here you will find a list of CRM dashboards.
- Let's Export Member Data as an example
- Click on Members – or similar, the name changes based on what you call your Members – to access your member list.
- Optionally, you can use the Search Filters above any column to filter the set of data you wish to export
- You can also Click on Column Titles to Sort by them
- You can use Check Boxes on the left side of each row to select the items to export
- Or select all your members by clicking the checkbox above the left-most column:
- Note that our Admin Manage Dashboards show 100 results per page
- So, if you have more than a 100 members, you will see a message like this pop up next to the Action box:
- Click on Select all ### to select all Members across all pages
- Click on the dropdown under the Action box
- Choose Export to CSV
- Click Go
- Our Export Engine will process all the data and save into a CSV file.
- Wait it finishing process all the entries and click on "Get the CSV"
Export Content Data
You can follow the same steps to download the rest of the data sets by navigating to:
- Enter Admin if you aren't already
- Go to Manage
- Choosing a different Dashboard, such as Posts, Resources, Events or Listings.
- Following the same steps as above.
